The Gustoso brand 60 Seconds to Napoli is opening its first Swiss location in Zurich on December 13, 2025. The branch on Kasernenstraße marks the beginning of its expansion into other Swiss cities.
Expansion: 60 Seconds to Napoli in Switzerland
The concept is based on a 72-hour dough fermentation and a baking time of 60 seconds at 485 degrees Celsius. Two original ovens from Naples as well as a team of experienced pizza chefs are central components of the operation, and the open kitchen gives guests insight into the preparation. Located in Zurich's District 4, the 500-square-meter venue offers 90 indoor seats and 120 terrace seats. The store design was adapted to the Swiss market and incorporates red accents as a reference to the location.
Expansion and Corporate Background
Adrian Kuras, Managing Director and founder of 60 Seconds to Napoli, stated: „Zurich is the ideal starting point for us: a city with a high level of gastronomic expertise, an awareness of quality, and an urban lifestyle. We are very excited to open our first Swiss restaurant here and offer guests the Neapolitan pizza experience that defines us.“ Since its founding in Dortmund in 2019, the company has been expanding continuously. 60 Seconds to Napoli is a subsidiary of the Gustoso Group, based in Munich.
The offer includes a selection of Neapolitan pizzas, which are expanded at the Zurich location by an exclusive „Zurich Special Pizza“. This pizza combines raclette cheese, rösti, Parma ham, and a gherkin.
